MIMAKI'S HALF-CUT FUNCTION CUT MEDIA WITHOUT A BACKING SHEET

With our half-cut function, the backing sheet can be cut leaving a little bit of the half cut connecting points, which can be easily detached when necessary. Various media without backing sheet can be also cut to make stencils, stickers, etc.

Selectable clamp pressure with high & low settings prevent long sheets from slipping during the cutting process, while damage to the media by the gild rollers are averted.

Selectable three jog speeds ensures proper and easy positioning.

FineCut 7 plugin Software

FineCut 7 plugin software used with both CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator utilises 100% of the functions of the Mimaki CG60-SR. Capable of responding to high level cutting needs such as creating cut data from image data, division cutting of long media and setting of overlap space with a tiling function.

Outlines can be traced automatically from a bitmap image. Paths can be created via outline extraction and easily modified to suit requirements.

Plot data used in other cutting software can be imported from other programs and easily used within FineCut7.
