[CJV30 Promotional Movie] [CJV30 Brochure] Following the success of Mimaki's Solvent inkjet printers Mimaki has expanded its award winning system with an unique range of integrated Print & Cut Solutions, bringing even greater choice & flexibility. The system is widely used for decals, vehicles, seals & labels, POP displays & T-Shirt marketing. The CJV30 Series is an integrated print & cut device that will automatically contour cut without any steps in between which delivers a seamless workflow. Customers who have limitations in their office space & budget now have a choice to use Mimaki's sophisticated print & cut technology for contour cutting. A newly developed Auto Media Clamp function enables unattended operation without manual intervention from the start of printing to the end of cutting! The number of pinch rollers & their clamp pressures can be set from the RIP software and are automatically switched during print & cut. Added to these great features is the automatic raising of the intermediate pinch rollers on both sides at the time of cutting to eliminate media peel off at the cutting stage. 
Accuracy in contour cutting is ensured by the addition of a photo-sensor on the cutting head that automatically reads the registration marks on the print to precisely position the cutter automatically. When substrates are re-set for lamination after printing, the optical sensor enables automatic consecutive detection of crop marks & precise contour cutting can be made by aligning each image automatically, thereby ensuring perfect cutting everytime & shortening job turnaround times. Accuracy is maintained no matter how many copies are made! The CJV30 Series uses Mimaki's state-of-the-art technologies successfully used in the JV33 Series! The Uninterrupted Ink Supply System utilises 2 cartridges per colour in four colour mode for continuous printing. When one ink cartridge runs out, another cartridge automatically begins supplying ink without halting the print run. This, and the fact that empty ink cartridges can be changed on the fly ensure faster print & cut turnarounds, minimal user intervention and greater print quality. ** UISS only works in four colour mode. The JV33 Series employed a newly developed high speed piezo print head which has 180 nozzles x 8 lines allowing for highest accuracy in 4 & 6 colour modes, with or without white. This same technology has been bought across to the new CJV30 Series. The symmetrical ink cartridge arrangement enables reliable & highly detailed quality image generation of 17.3m2/hr at maximum speed ( 540 x 720 dpi) and a rip roaring 11.7m2/hr on standard mode. This function creates a series of half & die cuts leaving a few connection points that prevent the image from falling. By producing dots in three different sizes, smooth high resolution graphics are created without a grainy appearance. Even at high speed and in low resolution mode high quality printing is possible.
