The Mimaki JF-1631 gives you the edge in productivity. The large 1.6m x 3.1m bed is perfect for printing in one big piece or many small pieces, whatever your business requires.

JF Series is the large format, UV-curable inkjet printer with the versatility to print on numerous uncoated substrates including corrugated plastics, acrylics and uneven or irregular materials.

With a maximum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, JF Series is suitable for Sign and POP display graphics for both long and close viewing distances.

Dual UV Lamps

The JF Series is equipped with dual UV lamps installed on both sides of the carriage. This allows for higher production speeds with bi-directional printing. This contributes to the machine's high productivity.

Vacuum Table

A powerful vacuum system holds the media flat & stationary, ensuring high accuracy in printing even on heavy or easily misaligned materials. In addition, the air flow can be reversed to create a blanket of blowing air. As this lifts the substrate you can move or replace it easily and ensure perfect alignment every time.

Thick Materials

With a maximum printing thickness of 50mm or 2" you can print directly onto a wide variety of thick materials and even materials with uneven surfaces. The built in head protection function prevents head strike & crash due to media distortion or uneven media.

The Mimaki JF-1631 printer available at Bi-Wize allows for printing on various uncoated substrates including corrugated plastic, acrylics & irregular surfaces up to 2 inches thick.

The 5x10 foot printer is ideal for closely viewed applications with a max. resolution of 1200 x 1200dpi.

Amazing vibrant images on both transparent & coloured media are brought to life by including white ink in its ink repertoire.
