The JV3 series realizes a high-resolution output using a piezo 4-printhead system and a variable dot system with seven and four colors.
A new feature is the use of white ink which ensures clearer results on package materials.The inclusion of white ink enables you to express white parts clearer and widens the range of application because output on transparent media becomes possible.
Newly developed Mimaki JV3 Quick Dry Solvent Ink adheres to inexpensive
uncoated media, such as PVC(with or w/o adhesive),Vinyl Banners and FF.
This new solvent ink is supplied in safe handling, reliable and easy
maintenance ink cartridges that allows for rapid ink exchanges with no
mess. (Nozzles are automatically kept clean 24 hours per day using the JV3
Auto Cleaning System.)
High-quality and high-speed printing on uncoated media (e.g. vinyl, banner and FF) is achieved through the usage of the newly developed solvent ink. Thanks to its water and UV resistant qualities, the beauty in your message will be preserved over a very long period of time.
An Automatic Take-up Device is included as standard equipment. The
combination of adjustable media tension and the JV3 Quick-Dry Solvent Ink
allows for round-the-clock operation. This saves labor costs and allows for
continuous, unattended printing. |
