Continuous unattended printing is obtained the JV5's UISS (Uninterrupted Ink Supply System) to prevent running out of ink.
INK SUPPLY EXAMPLES

The cartridge will display a green light when in use or a red light when empty.
As each cartridge empties it will automatically swap to the second cartridge.
Print is not interrupted when cartridges swap over, and changing of empty cartridges on the fly ensure fast, non interrupted print with minimal supervision or user intervention.

A specialised ink to transfer the image printed on transfer papers to polyester fabrics.
This ink type is used for transfer-printing on banner fabric, uniform, roll screen, hanging display etc.

Aqueous pigment ink. High quality of UV resistance and colouration. To print with the aqueous pigment ink, coated media is necessary. Mostly, Indoor poster, wall paper, blue back paper, Backlite film. |
Media Feeding Compensation
The media is transported stably without being affected by the weight of the media roll. This reduces the banding caused by irregular feeding of the media which achieves high quality printing results.
JV5 PIGMENT INSTALLATION
PINCH ROLLER CLIP
This is a spare part to hold the pinch roller up properly, reducing the strength of clamping of the pinch roller & preventing the media from uplifting.
STATIC CLING PREVENTION NET
This is a net sheet that is attached on the surface of the post heater, reducing the problem of media sticking to the platen due to static electricity. Ensures steady, constant media feeding.

High performance software RIP helps you utilize
