| The Tx2-1600 can mount ink variations for a total of 8 colours - 4 basic colours and 4 special colours. Reactive, acid & disperse dye variations can be selected to suit your application. The 8 colour multi-head are arranged in a staggered arrangement that enables switching between 1 way & 2 way printing modes. The front & rear heads function as independent ink systems in that it allows for 1 way print modes with the same ink or 2 way mode with different ink types and colours. |

HIGH SPEED PRINTING REALISES HIGH PERFORMANCE
The TX2-1600 employs an 8-colour multi head system which allows for selecting a 1-way print mode with one ink type or a 2-way print mode with two different ink types.
The TX2-1600 can print up to 28.4 m2/h in high speed mode (360 x 360 dpi). The maximum resolution is 720 x 720 dpi, allowing speeds up to 9.3 m2/h.
HEAD HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

| The Tx2-1600 is feature packed that guarantees excellent results every time. The 'Anti-Meandering Loading Device' works by detecting the edge of the fabric and readjusting it as required to ensure that a stable feed is achieved even if the fabric edge of the roll is not aligned. This feature is enhanced by the Unique Feed Mechanism which consists of a drive roller & friction roller that achieves constant tension of the fabric, enabling perfect printing with the aid of a backing sheet. The Fabric Retainer ensures that the fabric & print heads do not come into contact with print heads through holding both edges of the fabric, thus consistent printing is achieved without the added burden of clogging the print head. Coupled with this is the Automatic Take Up Device that takes up the fabric at a constant tension to allow for overnight or unattended printing. The Tx2-1600 also comes with the additional roll holder to set up a slip sheet to prevent ink penetration. All these great features ensure your Tx2-1600 is a perfect textile printing machine, each time, every time. |
