At Bi-Wize, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make the return process as simple and fair as possible.
1. Returning Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives and it’s not what you expected, please let us know in writing within 7 working days of receiving it.
- Once we receive your request (contact info below), we’ll guide you through the return process.
- If we don’t hear from you within this time, we’ll assume everything has arrived as ordered.
2. Change of Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item
We understand that mistakes can happen.
If you’d like to return goods that were supplied correctly, we can accept them under these conditions:
- A 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Shipping costs for sending the goods back (and the original delivery) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please include the invoice number and supply date with your return.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.
Once these steps are met, we’ll happily issue you a credit/refund for the returned items.
3. Items We Can’t Accept Back
Some products are specially prepared and unfortunately can’t be returned:
- Mixed colour orders
- All “cut-to-size” items (this includes, but not limited to sign vinyl, substrates and display items)
