B-Flex Gimme 5 is a cuttable polyurethane film without PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals. It is suitable for heat transfer on cotton, cotton/polyester blend, polyester and acrylic garments. Ideal for pressing on T-Shirts, sports clothing or workwear. It’s thinness, elasticity and softness make it very conformable to any fabric and great for multilayer applications.

Description

Features:

  • Polyurethane opaque film
  • Suitable for heat transfer on cotton fabrics, cotton and polyester and polyester and acrylic garments
  • The polyester adhesive carrier allows for easy repositioning of characters accidentally removed
  • Can be pressed in only 5-10 seconds
  • The material is thin and elastic therefore, the fabric underneath remains soft and pliable
  • Great for multilayer applications
  • Available by the metre (500mm wide rolls) or in A4 sheets

  • Suggested fabrics: cotton, polyester, mixed, printed with NON sublimatic colours
  • Cut: Mirror cut – cutting plotter, 45° blade, laser
  • Washing: wait 12 hours after application
  • Thickness: 80 microns
  • Finish: matt opaque
  • Liner: adhesive

Application:

  • Temperature: 160 degrees C
  • Seconds: 5-10 secs
  • Pressure: 3.5 bar
  • Liner: Remove when hot

 

Washing:

  • Temperature: 90 degrees C
  • Dry cleanable
  • Suitable for dryers
